The short version
Motivated and Miffed is a small, independent newsletter. We collect the minimum we need to send you the email you signed up for. We don't sell your data. You can leave any time.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address (and, optionally, any name or details you choose to provide). Our email provider may also log basic technical information like opens and clicks so we can see whether issues are working.
How we use it
Your email is used to send you Motivated and Miffed and occasional related updates from Gio Parks. That's it. We don't use it for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Email delivery is handled by our newsletter platform (Beehiiv), which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Unsubscribing
Every issue includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out — no questions, no follow-up emails. You can also email hello@motivatedandmiffed.com to be removed.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages people read. We don't build advertising profiles on visitors.

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and note it at the top.
