For tired weeks

I'm tired of my content calendar

"Missing one post doesn't make you unreliable. It usually means the promise got too big."

Do this

Set one format, one outlet, one date, for this week only. Fifteen minutes.

Most publishing schedules die because they were sized for a version of you with no other job. A calendar with five formats across four platforms isn't ambitious, it's a plan built to be broken, and breaking it is what makes publishing start to feel bad.

A minimum week fixes the size, not the ambition. One thing, one place, one date you picked on purpose. You can always publish more than the minimum. You can't build trust with yourself by consistently missing a schedule you never should have set.

Here's what it looks like filled in

This week I will publish: Format: one Instagram carousel Outlet: Instagram only Date: Thursday That's it. That's the whole calendar.

Your turn — copy the template

This week I will publish:
Format: _______________ (one only)
Outlet: _______________ (one only)
Date: _______________ (one only)

That's it. That's the whole calendar.
